SHIPPING POLICY
  • All orders are fulfilled by USPS or UPS.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your USPS tracking number.
  • Domestic deliveries can take 3-10 days once shipped, but please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
  • We ship internationally, and international orders can take 1-5 weeks once shipped, but please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
  • Customs charges may apply for international orders, depending on final destination. All import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the final item price and/or shipping cost. All charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing items from our site.

RETURN, REFUND, & EXCHANGE POLICY

COVID-19 NOTICE: To maintain the health and safety of our staff, we currently DO NOT allow returns or exchanges on any of our items. Please double check sizes, quantity, and kind of item before ordering.

Due to the nature of being a small business, we DO NOT accept cancellations.

Although we hold all of our items to the highest quality standards, we understand that there can sometimes be defects that may have been missed or shipping errors. If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact us so we can help address the issue.
